- Contact and Identification Information: Your full name and the mailing address designated for official notices (as required by the "Notices" section of your lease).
- Payment Information: We require all payments to be made via our online portal. We collect and maintain a "Credit Card on Record" to process monthly rent, administration fees, and to automatically charge rent and late fees on the 21st of the month if unpaid, as authorized in the "Rent" section of the agreement.
- Property Description: We collect a description of the property you intend to store (e.g., "property described below" in the lease). For vehicle storage (Building H), we may collect vehicle details to ensure compliance with our restrictions (e.g., running condition, inflated tires).
- Access Data: We assign you a specific Gate Code to help prevent trespassing.
3. How We Use Your Information We use your information for the following specific business purposes:
- Lease Administration: To process your move-in, manage the month-to-month term, and calculate pro-rated rent.
- Billing and Collection: To process the monthly rent, the $25.00 administration fee, and potential late fees ($25.00 after the 5th; additional $25.00 after the 15th).
- Default Enforcement: If rent remains unpaid by the 21st, we use your credit card on record to collect amounts due. In the event of a default leading to a lien sale, we use your contact information to provide the required legal notices.
- Communication: To send written notices regarding lease termination (15-day notice), rate changes, or emergency entry, via the US Mail address you provided.
- Security and Liability: To enforce restrictions on hazardous materials, monitor for trespassing via gate logs, and ensure compliance with the "Storage Only" and "Parking" rules.
4. Sharing of Information We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in these specific scenarios:
- Payment Processing: Your payment data is shared with our third-party online portal provider (www.twinbutteswyo.com) to facilitate secure transactions.
- Government and Emergency Access: As outlined in the "Right of Entry" section, we must grant access to your rental space and disclose necessary tenant information to governmental authorities (police, fire officials) upon their request or in the event of an emergency.
- Debt Recovery and Auction: If you default on the agreement and we exercise our right to sell or dispose of your property, we may share your information with auctioneers, debt collectors, or publication services as required to legally conduct a public or private sale.

- Physical Access: Access to the facility is controlled via individual gate codes. You are responsible for keeping your gate code private.
6. Data Retention We retain your personal information for the duration of your tenancy. After the agreement is terminated, we retain financial and lease records for a period of at least 7 years to comply with tax laws and potential legal disputes.
